Clain DiPalma studied the Pilates Method and was certified by Romana Kryzanowska. Romana was trained by Joseph Pilates and is regarded today as the Master teacher. Clain is continuing this same certification program here at ClainPilates+. Please inquire if you are interested in certification. Additionally, Clain DiPalma is currently completing his apprenticeship in Sacred Plant Medicine with Stephen Buhner.

Kathy Cole Easton is certified in both GYROKINESIS® and GYROTONIC® machines and has been training in the technique since 1991, including instruction with Juliu Horvath, the inventor of the GYROTONIC EXPANSION SYSTEM®. Kathy is currently completing her certification with Clain DiPalma in the Pilates Method.

Bryan Thomson began studying the Alexander Technique in 1988, certifying as a teacher in Sydney, Australia in 1995. He is a teaching member of Alexander Technique Education Inc (ATE) and Alexander Technique International (ATI). Bryan is a practitioner of Sacred Plant Medicine and is presently studying to become an Herbalist.
